This training is made for people who want to firm and slim down silhouette. Training program contains aerobics for about 30-40 minutes and anaerobic exercises, when particular muscles are exercised. To create proper training program, your medical record and level of physical skills must be known by your coach. On your first free meeting with your personal coach, you will be informed how much time do you need to reach your goals.
