This type of training is mainly directed to men who want to have the perfect musculature, clearly outlined, strong muscles, and to women who are already slim and who want to have slightly more muscular tissue.

To speed up the training effects exercises must be split. During one training unit we will exercise 2-3 parts of muscles, it depends on weekly amount of trainings. This kind of exercises are characterized by larger ballast and smaller amount of repetition in series: 6-12, and longer break between exercises. In this type of training we are using free weight like a barbell, and cardio for warm-up: 5 minutes of jogging.
