This is the intensive training for whole body, supporting efforts for harmonious body. Applied exercises will help to lead to the expected appearance. During the training the different types of accessories are used (dumbbells, skipping-ropes , balls, etc. ) to increase the intensity of the exercises and their effectiveness in modeling and firming body. In order to achieve the best results, the training is designed for 4-5 units of training per week, for maximum 1.15 hour with the intense warm-up. On the basis of careful interview training will be adapted to the individual needs of the customer.
